WHERE DO I RETURN THE ITEM ?

After contacting our customer service department and reaching mutual agreement , you will be able to send the item to our return address.

Once we received, we will confirm the information you have provided and review the conditions of the item.

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for return packages.

 

If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to

 

complete the refund, so it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery back to us.

 

Once your return arrives at the return address, please allow 5 business days for your refund to be processed.

 

You will be notified by email once  finalized .

CAN I REFUND?

Our team will do our best to accept your returns, we want your shopping experience to be flexible and simple.

 

All returns are given a store credit.

NOTE: We have the rights to refuse any items that do not meet the requirements as listed below:

– Items must be returned within 7 days (Australia) of receiving parcel and 14 days (International)

– Items remain in original condition with swing tags attached

– Unworn

– Unwashed

– No makeup stains or perfume/wardrobe smell

– Returns form must be filled it up and its original invoice

– Must be full priced items

We will inspect the items before sending a store credit coupon (we will not be crediting you for your original postage)

WHAT ITEM CAN BE REFUND ?

We accept returns for full priced items only. Sale items cannot be returned so please choose carefully before you buy.

 

For hygienic reasons, free bras, underwear makeups and accessories cannot be returned.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

Please chat with our customer care team once you find the faulty dress, normally return should be done within 7 days.

FAULTY POLICY

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled,

 

However if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it

 

or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 14 days of purchase. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not

 

considered a manufacturing fault.
